halfred onion finely chopped
1red chilli finely chopped
6cherry or baby plum tomatoes chopped in to small chunks
fresh coriander

In a blender add the avocado's, garlic, lemon and cayenne pepper and blend to your preferred texture (I like mine smoother)

The add in the chopped onion, chilli and tomatoes and stir in the add your fresh coriander and serve.
