Take the paneer in mixing bowl. Than add the black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and smash the Paneer.Than add the boiled mutter and mix well.

Heat the oil in kadhai. Than add the cumin seeds and chilli ginger paste. Saute it and add the onion pieces. Saute it and add the tomato🍅 pieces.Cook 1 minute and add the salt, chilli powder, haldi, garam masala, coriander leave, Mix well and add the paneer mutter mixture. Mix well and switch off the flame. Than add the lemon🍋 juice and mix well.

Heat the Dosa Tawa on medium flame. Sprinkle some oil drop and greased Tawa.Then sprinkle some water drops and well seasoned
with brush. Then spread the dosa batter. Spread some oil around the edges. Cook till one side golden brown. Than spread the stuffing on dosa and make a roll and remove on the serveing plate. - 4
A very tastey, crunchy, street food style Paneer Mutter Dosa is ready for serve. Serve with coconut chutney, Spicy🍅 tomato chutney.
