Ingredients

  1. 100gmChana
  2. 100gmMoth
  3. 100gmMoong
  4. 2 inchGinger grated
  5. chopped 3-4Green chilli
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  9. a pinchAsofoetida
  10. 1/2 tspAjwain
  11. 1tbspcumin seed
  12. 2tbspoil

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soaked the moong,moth,chana for a day and rinse its water then kept them in a malmal cloth over a night.

    Then take a wok add 2 tbsp oil,put cumin seed,Asofoetida,ginger,green chilli into it.

  3. 3

    Then add sprouts,Red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder and cover it for at least 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Open it if it get cooked, served it and garnish it with chopped onion or lemon.
