Ingredients

  1. 300 gTommy’s Crystal Premix
  2. 240 gWater
  3. 180 gStrawberry Mooncake filling or any mooncake filling you choose

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the steamer with high heat.
    At the same time, heat the water in a saucepan until boil.

    Place the crystal premix in a mixing bowl. Pour the boiled water into crystal premix and mix until smooth.

    Pour Step2 into a steam plate and place it in the steamer. Steam with high heat for 15-20 mins.

    Take the steamed crystal paste out and cool it down until 40∘C. Divide the crystal paste into 40g per piece and flatten the crystal paste to wrap the mooncake filling (20g each).

    Grease the mooncake mold with a little amount of oil. Place Step4 in the mold and press it down against a flat surface to shape the mooncake.
