600 gfrozen spinach
100 gcream cheese
2garlic cloves
2 tbspbutter
200 mlcream or milk
Fresh nutmeg (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Put frozen in pan and low heat defrost it letting all the extra moisture steam away

Add garlic, butter,cream cheese,cream or milk,nutmeg (optional) salt and pepper to taste

Cook for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese and butter

Once all mixed together serve immediately with your main dish.....enjoy
