1/2 bowlknead dough
3potatoes boiled
as per taste salt
as required red chilli powder
1/2 tspcoriander powder
As neededghee

Mash the potato and add spices. Take a small ball from the dough. Roll it with rolling pin.

Now add mashed vegetable in it and cover it. Again roll it. Heat the tawa and roast it from both side.

Aloo Parantha is ready.
