Add in pan grated coconut dry it then as per need put jaggery turn the flame low and mashed the jaggery properly.

Make the stuffing dry then turn off the flame. add some cardamom powder then take one pan boil 1bowl water add some ghee and salt for taste then 1bowl rice flour.

Steam for10 minutes after that make small balls of dough and shape of modak. In steamer boil the modak for 15 minutes and served hot with ghee and coconut milk
