  • 5medium ripe bananas
  • 2 cupscurd
  • 5 tablespoonshoney
  • 1/2 teaspoonlemon 🥤 juice
  • as requiredfresh mint leaves for garnishing

  1. 1

    Peel and halve bananas
    reserving a slice for garnishing. Put them in a blender jar. Add lemon juice, honey, curd and blend till smooth.
