Last week I made biryani, pulao & chinese . So thought to make garlic rice with mutton boti . It’s a simple yet complete meal & you can serve in your own style. Enjoy rice week and show your creativity.

Last week I made biryani, pulao & chinese . So thought to make garlic rice with mutton boti . It’s a simple yet complete meal & you can serve in your own style. Enjoy rice week and show your creativity.

Take a bowl and mix all above ingredients.
Boil water & add mutton boti for 2 minutes. Discard water. Now marinate with all the ingredients. - 2
Skewers Mutton boti in wooden sticks. Bbq or grill them.

Soak rice for an hour. cook rice in two cups of water add salt and chicken powder & yellow food colour.

When water almost dries then add ghee and garlic powder. keep on dum for 10 minutes. Serve with chutney & salad.
