Ingredients

20-30 minutes
4 servings
  • 100 gmKaju
  • 2 tspJeera
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspGaram Masala
  • 1 tspCumin Coriander powder
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • 1 tspCream
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 2Onion
  • 2Tomato
  • 2 tspCoriander leave
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder

Steps

20-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan heat it add ghee add Cumin seeds, onion, tomatoes, garlic ginger paste, 4 to 5 kaju fry it.

  2. 2

    After frying ingredients cool it down and grind it in fine paste.

  3. 3

    Take a same pan heat it add ghee kaju and fry it crispy and brown and remove it in container.

  4. 4

    In same pan and remaining ghee add grinded paste. fry it and add salt,red chilli powder, Garam Masala powder, Turmeric powder, Cumin Coriander powder and cook it well.

  5. 5

    After cooking gravy add fresh cream and fried kaju. mix and cook it well and serve hot.
