Forgotten olives dip (tapenade-ish)

#WhatsInYourFridge We had LOTS of olives in the kitchen that needed to be used as no one was eating them, so I came up with this recipe and enjoyed with some toasted bread. Great idea for dinner party!

Steps
- 1
Mix everything in a bowl and add a squeeze of lemon and a generous drizzle of olive oil
- 2
Give everything a blitz using a hand blender. It’s nice not to over do it. Keep some pieces of walnuts as this adds a nice crunchiness.
- 3
Serve with toasted bread (the bread also was stale and we used this attached tip to soften it and it worked perfectly!)
