There are many ways to make methi para. 1. In a pan, heat oil and fry the fenugreek leaves until they are crispy.

2. Add the besan and Maida flour and spices and mix well. 3. Add water and mix well to form a dough.

4. Roll the dough out onto a floured surface and cut into desired shapes. 5. Fry the para in hot oil until golden brown. Keep the flame medium to low
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
