  2. 7 ouncespork ribs
  3. 3 slicesginger

    Rinse the pork ribs and place them in a soup pot. Add cold water and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 15 minutes to remove impurities, then rinse again.
