Steps

Blanch spinach in hot water. Than transfer spinach into chilled water. Make a fine paste.

Take a pan add oil. Than add jeera 1 tsp. When jeera begain to brown add onion and cook till onion become translucent. Add ginger garlic and saute till raw aroma goes off. Add finely chopped tomato. Cook till tomato become soft and pulppy.

Add chicken and cook on high flame till chicken colour become white and salt, chilli powder, coriander powder. Cook for 2 min

Add spinach puree with some water and cook till chicken become soft and tender. Now add garam masala and cook for another 2-3 min.

Add lemon juice and garnished with coriander. Serve hot
