In the mix bowl put warm water, yeast, sugar, salt and melted butter stir until dissolve. Add bread flour and all purpose flour, whisk well. Cover for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes fold the dough. Cover for 30 minutes. Then divide into 6 parts. Roll it into a long line then twist like the picture. Boil the 500 ml water with baking soda. Put the twists dough in for 20 seconds. Place on the baking tray. Sprinkle with salt and sugar. Preheat the oven at 220 degrees celsius, bake 8-10 minutes or until brown. Let’s enjoy 😊‼️
