Ingredients

20 minutes

1banana per person
Drizzle of honey (can be replaced with caster sugar)
Sprinkle of cinnamon powder
Pecans, optional

Preheat the oven to 200C

Cut the banana in half lengthways (I kept the peel) and place on an oven tray along with the pecans

Sprinkle with cinnamon and add a drizzle of honey.

Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Serve as it or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or yogurt
