Fried Rice
My new creation for today's lunch.😋
Steps

Wash and season the chicken using salt, seasoning cubes, grounded pepper, curry, garlic powder and thyme

Cover and let it cook for 10 minutes. Then add some water. Allow to cook until it is soft

Do the same (2) for the liver

Fry and cut the liver into smaller sizes

Parboil the rice and set it aside
- 6
Transfer the chicken stock into a pot, add some water enough to cook the rice. Add some seasoning cubes, curry, spice, salt and stir

Add the rice,stir and allow it to cook

In a pan, add some vegetable oil, once it's hot, add the chopped onions,diced carrots, green beans, green peas, sweet maize and stir

Add seasoning cube and salt, keep stirring for about 2 minutes

Add the liver, stir and finally add the rice

Give it a good mix. Mix until all ingredients are evenly Incorporated

Serve hot and enjoy 😋
