Mushroom mattar curry with coconut flavour

Firstly, in a mixer jar add shredded coconut, cashew, green chilli and add 2 tbsp water and grind to smooth paste. keep aside.

In a pan heat 1tbsp oil. add 1 tsp
cumin seed Then add onion, green chilli and sauté until the onion shrink. - 3
Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté it well. keeping the flame on low. pour in the prepared coconut, cashew paste mixture and add 1 cup water mix well.now add 1/2 tsp Garam masala and salt mix it well.
Then add matter and coriander leaves mix it and Keep cooking until the gravy
thickens and the oil separates.
The white gravy base is ready. keep aside. turn off the flame Then white gravy transfer into the bowl and keep aside. - 4
Next heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add mushroom, salt and pepper powder fry it few minutes. Then pour into the gravy and mix it well.

Mushroom matter gravy is ready serve hot with chappathi and rotti and enjoy.
