Chakki:
1. Take atta in a bowl and make a dough by adding water as needed. Keep it aside for 1/2 hour.
2. Transfer the dough into a fine sieve.
Place the sieve under running water and start stretching the dough with your hands until all the dough looks stretched.
3. Spread out the stretched dough on a platform put little chilli powder & salt.
Then beat it with kitchen stone to mix all the spices properly.
4. Take small pieces of the dough and deep fry to make the chakki. - 2
1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add garam masala
and cook for a few seconds.
2. Then add gravy paste and cook for 5 to
7 minute; add curd and dry masala in it and mix properly. Cook till the ghee separates.
3. Then add almond powder/mawa to it and cook again for 1 minute.
4. Add one cup of water till it boils and then add the fried chakki pieces to it & cook for 5-7 min. Enjoy a unique delicacy !!
