Cut chicken into thin strips. Add oil, lemon, crushed garlic and half packet of burger mix to chicken. Mix well and let it be marinated for 20-25 minutes.

For creamy white sauce, add cream, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, vinegar and red sauce in a bowl and mix well.

Chop a small carrot in the given shape. Small lettuce. You may also use onion (washed with salt), olives or any other vegetable of your taste.

Add the remaining burger mix along with 1 tsp of red chilli flakes in a bowl. Add the marinated chicken piece one by one into egg mixture and then into the dry mix. Slab off excess flour and deep fry. Better is to immediately add chicken in oil after rolling it into dry mix.

Now heat the tortilla bread on tawa, 30-45 seconds each side.

Add prepared sauce to tortilla bread. Put the lettuce. Spread the chicken. Add carrots and other vegetables of your choice. Add about 2 tsp of knorr red chilli ketchup (I added it later so forgot to click picture). Wrap the bread up.

And your tortilla roll is ready! You may also eat this crispy chicken with freshly made fries.
