Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 2 tbspalmonds
  2. 2 tbspwalnut halves
  3. 2 tbspcashews
  4. 2 tbsppistachio
  5. 2 tbsppeanut halves (without skin)
  6. 1 cupsugar
  7. 2 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take the dry fruits according to the measurements given above in a plate.

    Chop them into two halves.

  3. 3

    Heat ghee in a kadai and fry them till slightly changes colour and is aromatic.

    Remove from the flame and keep aside.

  5. 5

    Meanwhile in another pan, add the sugar and let it melt.

  6. 6

    Once the sugar melts completely add the dry fruits and mix well.

  7. 7

    Transfer the entire mixture on a greased plate and spread evenly. Let it cool down.

    Enjoy the Dry Fruits Chikki Bar anytime during the day.
