We just love sharing talks with our family members and enjoying food and having tea together. Today I'll be sharing with you some of my favourite winter munchies.. 😋

First add the boneless chicken (cut into tiny pieces) into a grinding jar. Then add all the ingredients like chopped onion, garlic, spring onion, garlic, green chilli, lemon juice, mustard oil, salt, soya sauce & grind everything well into a smooth paste, as shown below.

Now remove the mixture into a bowl & add chopped capsicum, chopped corriender, pepper powder and bread-crumbs and mix everything well. Your mixture is now ready.

Now heat oil in a pan for deep-frying. Until the oil is getting heated, we will start making balls, I'm flattening it. But you can make the desired shapes of your choice.

Once the oil gets hot, lower the flame & gently drop down the kababs into it. Fry them well on a medium flame for about 5 mins by flipping the sides. Once they are done, remove them from the oil. Repeat the same with the rest of the batches.

Your Chicken Fritters are now ready to serve. Serve it hot with some salads or ketchup. You will definitely love them. Enjoy this winter with your family and friends with these simple yet lip-smacking dish.
