Steps

Heat the olive oil in a pan
- 2
Add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent.

Add the anchovy and cook them until broken down into a paste.

Add your sun-dried tomato paste. Stir the mix well
- 5
Add your passata and stir until combined. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes to draw out the flavour

At this time you might want to add some stock to thin the sauce out… (It’s up to you) Season with pepper

Serve with your choice of fresh soft herbs (Parsley is my favourite)
