Cut carrot and potatoes into small pieces

Take kadai add oil, jeera, hing and chopped onion and saute till golden brown

Add carrot peas and potatoes and all masala mix well and cover for 10-15 minutes

As it becomes soft add chopped methi leaves
- 5
Add amchur powder and mix well alu gazar methi mutter ready to serve
