Prepare all the ingredients.

Pour the Nanyang Bak Kut Teh Pork Shank Soup Base into a pot.

Add the napa cabbage, scored fresh shiitake mushrooms, carrot slices, corn pieces, dried tofu skin, and assorted hot pot ingredients to the broth and simmer.
