  • 2tbspPepper powder
  • 1tspSpice mix (roasted and powdered corriander, Fennel, Cumin)
  • 2cupCheese (any cheese of your choice)
  • requiredSalt
  • Cheese Sauce:
  • 2cupGrated cheese
  • 1cupMilk
  • 2tbspPepper powder freshly ground
  • 1tspSpice mix (roasted and powdered withcoriander, Fennel, Cumin)
  • requiredSalt

    Collect the necessary ingredients, place them near the cooking area.

    Blanch Broccoli. Immerse the vegetables in boiling water for a few 2 minutes, then drain the water and place in ice cold water to stop the cooking, then drain. This technique keeps vegetables green. Nutrients are preserved and vegetables are crisp. broccoli remains green and crispy. Remove from the ice water, place them in a bowl

    Transfer the blanched broccoli to a microwave safe bowl. Add salt, spice mix, half the pepper powder and Toss. Add grated cheese. (I grated parmesan cheese on a grater) microwave until the cheese melted (2-3 minutes).
    Take out and use a pepper mill to sprinkle pepper powder on top. Crunchy Spicy Cheesy Broccoli is ready to taste

    2nd method : To make cheese sauce before serving, add 1 cup of milk and spice mixture to the cheese in a bowl. Microwave for until the cheese melts. Then sprinkle with freshly ground pepper powder. While the cheese melts, whisk. Serve with blanched broccoli as a dip. Or pour cheese sauce over broccoli in the bowl

    Method 3: Cheese sauce: Take enough water in a pot and bring it to a boil on high heat. Instead of microwaving, place bowl of cheese mixture over boiling water. The cheese will melt in a few minutes. Guests can dip the broccoli florets in the cheese sauce and cheese coated enjoy broccoli
