Ingredients

30 min
4 servings
  1. 1 CupRice
  2. 2 CupsWater or Chicken Broth
  3. Quarter Yellow Onion
  4. 1Garlic Clove
  5. 8 oztomato sauce (can)
  6. Oil or lard
  7. 2 TbspChicken Bouillon

Cooking Instructions

30 min
  1. 1

In a pan add oil with onion cut in rings a garlic clove. Sauté. (I didn’t had onion so I didn’t used it on this picture)

  2. 2

Add the rice and let it fry until lightly toasted. Then add the tomato sauce and the bouillon. (Bouillon is more for the taste, if you don’t want to use it just use salt to preference)

  3. 3

Once it starts boiling add the water. Once it boils lower the flame, cover and let it simmer on low for 20 minutes.
