Peel the Carrot, Potato and cut it into uniform pieces. Heat 2 glasses of water in a pan. After the water boils, add carrot, potato, peas and salt to it and cover with a lid and half boil, then drain the water and let it cool.

Then finely chop the apple and pineapple. Mix mayonnaise, fresh cream, pepper powder and powder sugar in a bowl. Then add pineapple, steamed vegetables and fresh cream to it, mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.

So, Russian Salad is ready to serve.
