A simple yet very nutritious dish, perfect for dinner. Crab surimi is also an economical food, ideal for days when our budget can't cover fish or seafood. Without the pasta, this salad can make a great sandwich filling.
Steps

Soak the surimi in a little salted water for 30 minutes.

Boil the pasta with the lemon slice.

In the bowl where you'll put the salad, mix the dressing ingredients until smooth.

Add the cherry tomatoes with a little salt to release their juices.

Finely chop the remaining vegetables and add them as well.

Cut the surimi into the smallest pieces possible and add it to the salad. Mix very well.

Rinse the pasta with cold water to stop the cooking and add it to the salad. Mix well.
