  2. 1 cupchopped Coriander leaves 🍃
  3. 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  4. 2 tablespoonsmustard oil for frying
  5. 1chopped onion 🌰
  6. 4chopped green chillies
  7. 2 tablespoonshomemade atap rice powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  10. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  11. as requiredbinding
  12. As neededblack salt
  13. As requiredregular salt
  14. 2 teaspoonslime juice
  15. 1 tablespoonmaida
  16. 1 teaspoonchat masala powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all ingredients one after another

    Add moida in the end except oil

    Make a little tight dough, and make balls from the dough in same shapes.
    And keep aside

    Now heat the oil in smoking point and next low the flame
    Now drop the balls in the oil one after another, gently stir and fry until golden brown.

    Serve hot with Darjeeling tea 🍵 😁🤠🐈
