Boil water.Add Soda salt ginger chilli paste cumin seeds ghee chopped coriander green garlic and stir.
Now add Rice flour.and turn off flame.mix flour properly in a mixture. Stir it well.Make sure no lumps found. - 2
Now Take some portion on a plastic and make a ball.make hole on a middle. Sprinkle Sessme seeds.Like this way make all khichu balls ring. Close the lid and steam for 5-7min.

Take out and serve hot drizzle oil.Sprinkle Jeeralu and Methiya masala.
Tasty healthy Surti Khichu is ready to serve.
