Steps

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add the whole spices and saute.

Add onions, green chillies Add ginger-garlic paste and saute along.

Add corn and mix well

Add salt and mix well

Add soaked basmati rice and mix well

Add hot water as required,lemon juice and mix well

Pressure cook the pulao
Finally, garnish it with some coriander leaves and fried onion. - 8
Serve it hot with some raita or any gravy of your choice.
