Prepare carrot/gajar halwa by heating ghee in a thick pan.Add grated carrots and cook well until the carrots soften.

Add cardamom powder, chopped nuts and condensed milk to it.Mix and cook well until the mixture comes together and releases oil.Switch off the flame and let it cool.

Blend yogurt, cheese and malai with sugar in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Prepare a serving glass.Layer the bottom with halwa.Press it with the back of a spoon to even the layer.

On top pipe a layer of sweet homemade cream cheese. Spread evenly.

Repeat the layers as per the size of the serving glass, ending with the cream cheese layer and decorate the top as you wish.

Refrigerate for minimum 15min and serve immediately.
