Hare Chane Ke Sabji
Steps

Take potatoes, wash them peel them & cut them into round slices.

Heat a pan add oil, fry round potatoes, salt & fry them 80% by covering them, take them out in plate.

In a pan heat oil add roughly chopped onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger saute them

Add tomato, salt, kashmiri red chilli powder & some water in it, cover and cook till tomatoes are pulpy, keep them for cooling down, grind them & make the puree.

Heat a pan add some oil, cloves, black peppers, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds & saute them,well & take them out all the spices from the pan except cumin seeds. Crush all whole spices.

Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder & tomato puree in it & cook them all well,

Then add fried potatoes, green chana, salt & some hot water, cover & cook it till it releases its oil, then put the spices powder in the gravy.

Hare Chane Sabji is ready to serve, garnish with chopped coriander leaves, serve it hot with plain chapati, rice, salad
