Dhaba style Egg curry

Boil water in pan.add Eggs
Boil for 8-10 mnts. - 2
Keep aside.

Heat oil in pan. add chopped onion cook little add ginger garlic paste.

Cook till onion gets brown in colour.

Add chopped tomatoes,green chilli, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.cook till tomatoes get soft.mash it.

Add about 1/2 to one cup water mix boil it for 5 mnts.

Gravy is ready.Remove from fire.

In serving dish put gravy add bowled egg. sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.

Serve with roti.
