Firstly, Take a bowl of paneer and Grate the paneer with grater.

Now Take the vegetable.

Chopped the vegetables.

To make the paneer bhurji, heat the oil on a kadhai and add cumin seeds, and red chilli when the seeds crackles add chopped potato slice to make it roast.

After cooking the potato add the remaining vegetable and sauteed it for 3 to 4 mins

Now add Paneer, Salt and 1 tbsp of water mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 mins while stirring occasionally.
Serve the Paneer Bhurji hot.
