Ingredients

  • 1 cupsorghum (jowar) flour
  • 1/2 cupmakki flour
  • 1/4 cupwheat flour
  • 1bunnch of bathua leaves
  • 1 bunchmethi leaves
  • 2green chillies finely chopped
  • 1medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbspginger &garlic grated
  • 1 tspred Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tbspoil
  • As requiredSalt to taste
  • as requiredOil for frying paratha

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and wash the bathua and methi leaves separately then chopped both od them
    In a mixing bowl take all flour, add powder spices then add chopped onion,green chillies and grated ginger garlic. Mix well.

    Add chopped methi and bathua leaves,add 1tbsp oil mix together. gradually add hot water. Mix and knead.

    Make a semi soft dough. Cover and keep aside for ten minutes.
    Take the dough make medium size balls. Take one ball dust some flour on rolling board and roll the paratha.

  4. 4

    Heat griddle and put parantha on it. Apply oil on both sides and fry till it turns brown, turning regularly. Make all paranthas in this way.

    Make all paranthas in this way. Served hot with pickles
