Ingredients

  • 250 gpumpkin boiled and pureeed
  • 1 cupgreen onion with greens chopped
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 packetmaggi masala
  • 1 tbspcream
  • 1 tspred chilli flakes
  • 2 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook the pumpkin and blend blend blend

    In a pan., add ghee, then o ik. With greens and saute for 2-3mts

    Add the puree, 2cups water and boil. Add salt masala and chilliflakes

    Serve hot garnished with fresh cream.
