I had left over chicken. But make the chicken in the oven.

Peel and wash the potato, use whatever kind you have on hand.. cut them in small size.

Put them on the stove and get them going

As the potato are going cut up your bell peppers and onions. And start putting them in the pan with some oil or the chicken grease and mix together.

Shred the chicken and add them to the pan as well. And mix.

Add the seasoning.. and mix

Once the mashers are done make them up with the butter and milk... I also used the same seasoning in the mashers.

Then to plate it. Take some mashers and put it on and top the chicken with it.... Yummy for you tummy right there.
