In 2tbsp ghee add 1cup ragi flour.Roast it well on low flame.

Roast 1/4cup sesame seeds and 1/4cup desiccated coconut until light golden in colour.

Roast 1/4cup peanuts, few almonds and let all the roasted ingredients cool to normal temperature before grinding it into a fine powder.

Add 1cup(150g) jaggery powder and pulse the mix again.Add it to the roasted ragi powder.Also add chopped toasted cashew nuts if you have(it tastes delicious)

Mix everything well and bind them into laddoos.The oil from seeds and nuts are sufficient to help in binding.At the end roll the laddoos in toasted desiccated coconut if you wish or relish as it is.
