Assemble ingredients

Dry roast Til for few minutes till we get the nutty aroma.

Til is roasted and allow to cool.

In pan / kadhai, add ghee and allow to melt, add jaggery and break it, gradually jaggery melts and cook till jaggery turns thick and sticky.
We need one string consistency. - 5
Gradually add roasted sesame seeds and stir well, immediately turn off flame. Add peanuts and mix well.

Immediately transfer to a greased thali and allow to cool for few seconds, grease palms with ghee and start making Ladoos while its warm.
Don’t cool otherwise jaggery will turn solid and won’t be able to give any shape.
Ladoos are done.
