Steps

Wash all the dals

Cut onion, tomato, and green chilli and wash it

In pressure cooker add all dals and water, bay leaves

Add ghee and salt to taste

When dal is boil. Heat kadhai, when kadhai is heated, add ghee

When ghee is melted, add cumin, mustard, green chilli, onion, and tomato. Fry well

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, hing, ginger and garlic paste

Fry well

When dal is boiled. Add boil dal in kadhai

Cook well

When it's done.

Ready to serve
