Ingredients

6 to 8 servings
  1. 2 poundscollard greens washed and cut in strips. Take out stems if you would like. I include some stems in mine
  2. Smoked turkey wings
  3. 16 ozChicken broth
  4. Slap ya mama seasoning
  5. Red pepper flakes
  6. 1Sweet onion
  7. 1 teaspoonMinced garlic
  8. Salt and pepper
  9. 1 teaspoonRoasted chicken better than bouillon
  10. 1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
  11. Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Sauté olive oil mined garlic and onion for 3 minutes then add salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Add turkey wings and chicken broth and cook for an hour and 30 minutes on medium. Add enough water to cover the turkey wings.

    Add roasted chicken bouillon,red chili, slap ya mama seasoning and greens then cook for another hour and a half or until greens cooked to your liking.

    Pull turkey wing meat off the bone and mix. Add vinegar, mix and then serve.
