Cooking Instructions

Sauté olive oil mined garlic and onion for 3 minutes then add salt and pepper
- 2
Add turkey wings and chicken broth and cook for an hour and 30 minutes on medium. Add enough water to cover the turkey wings.

Add roasted chicken bouillon,red chili, slap ya mama seasoning and greens then cook for another hour and a half or until greens cooked to your liking.

Pull turkey wing meat off the bone and mix. Add vinegar, mix and then serve.
