Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cupsDairy or plant milk
    Falahari Rajgira Smoothie
  • 1Ripe Banana chopped
    Dragon Fruit and Almond Smoothie
  • 1Ripe Apple chopped
  • 1/2 cupSoaked thin poha
  • 1 tablespoonPeanut butter
  • Soaked and peeled almonds 5 (chopped)
  • Soaked walnuts 5 (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoonSoaked chia seeds
  • Soaked dates 5 (deseeded and chopped)
  • 1/4 cupWater
  • Note : you can soak and chop the nuts ahead and refrigerate

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First, add the fruits, poha, nuts and chia seeds and peanut butter and water to a mixer jar. Blend to a smooth paste.

    Then add milk and blend again to a smooth shake.
