Dal ko achi trha dho kar 1/2 tsp khane ka soda dal kar bhego lein 1 hour.

1 1/2 cup oil mein beef aur lehsan adrak paste dal kar bhon lein.

Phir is mein pise tomatoes piyaz aur masaly aur pani dal kar 80% tak gosht gala lein.

Phir is mein dal dalen. Jab dal gal jaen to isko halka halka gont lein.

Phir barik slice piyaz ko 1/2 cup oil mein light brown karein aur bhagar laga dein. Uper se hara dhanya adrak hari mirch dalen.Tandoori ya chapati aur salad k sath khaen. Try karein enjoy karein apni behn ko dua mein yad karein.
