Carrot Burfi is a simple easy and delicious dessert with minimal ingredients. We, get Dehli red carrots, occasionally. So I made the carrot Burfi with an orange colour one.

Carrot Burfi is a simple easy and delicious dessert with minimal ingredients. We, get Dehli red carrots, occasionally. So I made the carrot Burfi with an orange colour one.
Steps

Wash, peel and grate the carrots

Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated carrots, salt and sugar. Saute on low to medium flame.

Carrots get soft after 2-3 minutes. Add crumbled cheese and milk powder.

Saute continuously till a mass is formed. Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Put down from the flame and allow to cool naturally. Make Carrot Burfi and serve.
