Vegetable Dalia
Steps

Take a pressure cooker, heat 2 tablespoon oil or ghee. Keep flame to medium-low and add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds in the hot oil and let them crackle

Add 1 onion, potato, peas, carrot, green chilli mix it well..

Add salt, red chilli powder,dry mango powder, turmeric powder mix it well..

Add tomato mix it well

Add dalia mix it 2 min and add water mix it..

On medium flame, pressure cook for 4to 5 whistles or till the dalia is cooked well. Timing depends upon the quality of the dalia. So it will vary.

Ready to serve your Dalia..
