Cooking Instructions

Prepare the mushrooms by trimming the stems, removing the skin if they are very dirty, washing them in lemon water, cutting them to uniform size, and setting aside.

Peel the garlic, remove the germ, and slice thinly.

In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic without browning, add the mushrooms 🍄 and cook for a few minutes.

When the mushrooms have released some of their moisture but haven't reduced too much, deglaze with balsamic vinegar and add the soy sauce. Let it reduce and thicken to coat the mushrooms 🍄, adjust the seasoning, add the parsley, and serve immediately.
