  2. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
  4. 2 clovesgarlic
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoonsbutter
  6. Chopped parsley
  7. Salt and pepper

    Prepare the mushrooms by trimming the stems, removing the skin if they are very dirty, washing them in lemon water, cutting them to uniform size, and setting aside.

    Peel the garlic, remove the germ, and slice thinly.

    In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic without browning, add the mushrooms 🍄 and cook for a few minutes.
