I try momos first time its a simple recipe but soo much yummy and tasty. If you make it like Pakistani moms make roti salan you really enjoy it.

In bowl add flour salt oil and make dough for momos leave It for 15 minutes. Cut vegetables.

Boil pasta. In pan add 2 spoon oil fry all vegetables add salt black pepper chilli flakes ginger garlic paste soya sauce chilli sauce cook well.

Dough mix well cut it small pieces and make small roti and give it momos shape

In big pan add 1 glass water and set strainer on it. First Grease strainer. All momos put on it and steam for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes when momos look like transparent then momos are ready to eat. Try with momos chutney.
