  • 1/2 cupBengal gram
  • 1 tspGarlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspDahi bara masala
  • 1Onion
  • Coriander leaves a handful
  • 2-3Green chillies
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 1Egg
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil to fry

    Boil and mashed potatoes and bengal gram.

    Chop all the vegetables.

    Freeze for 30 minutes to set.
